Terms

Short version: you own your data, we run the software, nobody is surprised.

The service

EventOps is software for planning and running events. It is provided as is during early access; features may change and we will tell you before anything is removed.

Your content

Everything you enter stays yours. You give us the right to store and display it so the service works. You are responsible for having consent to the contacts you collect.

Fair use

No spam, no scraping, no reselling access, nothing illegal. We may suspend a workspace that harms others or the service.

Payments

No charges apply during early access. When billing starts, plans and prices on the pricing page apply and you can cancel any month.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service up and your data safe, with nightly backups. We are not liable for lost revenue or indirect damages; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
