EventOps is run by The Bailey Perspective, Greenville, South Carolina. This page says what we keep and why, in plain words.

What we store

Your account (name, email, a hashed password), the festivals you create and everything your team enters into them, and the contacts your festival collects through its public pages (interest lists, surveys, votes, reservations). Those contacts belong to your festival, not to us; we process them on your behalf.

What we do not do

We do not sell data. We do not show ads. We do not email your contacts unless your team sends the email. Analytics on the public site are first-party and anonymous.

Cookies

One session cookie to keep you signed in, one preference cookie for voters so they can edit their ballot. No tracking cookies.

Your rights

Export or delete your workspace by emailing admin@thebaileyperspective.com. Festival contacts can ask the festival, or us, to be removed; we will.

Where it lives

On servers operated by The Bailey Perspective in the United States, backed up nightly, encrypted in transit.
